Yes! Our Edina gym is beginner-friendly and built for people getting back into fitness. Whether it’s been months or years, we meet you where you’re at with personalized coaching and a supportive environment. No experience? No problem. You don’t need to get in shape before starting—we’ll help you build strength, confidence, and consistency from day one.
Absolutely. When you move well, sleep better, eat better, and feel stronger, your entire day improves. Our training helps build habits that boost energy, confidence, and resilience-inside and outside the gym.
Anything you feel comfortable moving in. No need to dress up-we’re not that kind of gym. Just show up as you are.
We offer: Small Group Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning Classes both with coaching every step of the way.
Small Group Personal Training is our most personalized coaching option. You’ll train in a group of up to 5 people, but everyone follows their own individualized program based on their goals, fitness level, and movement needs.
These are 60-minute group workouts designed to help you get stronger, move better, and build conditioning-all in a fun, high-energy setting. You’ll train alongside up to 9 people, following a structured plan led by a coach the entire time. Every workout includes a mix of strength, mobility, and conditioning, and we always offer options based on your fitness level. You’ll get a great workout without ever feeling lost or left behind.
Aim for a light, easy-to-digest snack with carbs and protein about 60-90 minutes before. Think: a banana and a couple of boiled eggs. And drink at least 12 oz. of water beforehand. Want a boost? Black coffee is our go-to.
We offer two fully equipped locker rooms-each with three showers-and access to red light therapy to support your recovery.
Located at Bush Lake Rd and 78th St in Edina-just minutes from Braemar Golf Course and Bush Lake Beach-our gym is easy to reach and built to help you feel your best.
Yes- parking is available right outside. We’re at Bush Lake Rd & 78th St, easy to reach from Hwy 100, 169, or 494.
